How it works The six steps of Dataview

Step 1
Collect data

Data can be loaded into the system via various ways. Manually, by importing databases, or automatically by means of harvesting for example: websites, PDF-files, e-mails, etc. All data is saved in the cloud and accessible anywhere anytime.

Step 2
Compose data

When the data becomes accessible through the system, you can start. With Dataview figures can quickly be converted in order to make a fair comparison. Conversions can be based on currencies, the metric system, temperature units or time units.

Step 3
Visualise data

When the data has been composed you can start visualising it. This can be done by means of graphics and tables. With graphics it is possible to show trends, high/low and averages, but also prognosis.

Step 4
Compile data

With Dataview it is possible to combine data from different sources in a single graphic. This can be used to determine if there is a correlation between different data sources.

Step 5
Publish data

When all of the required graphics and charts have been created, you can start publishing data. This can be done by means of links with your intranet, iFrames or export them to Excel, PDF or PNG-files. Watermarks can be added to graphics.

Step 6
Edit data

Still unsatisfied with your graphics and tables? It is possible to easily edit data in Dataview, but also by using Excel.
